Bring your own publication.
Connect an RSS or Atom feed you own or are authorised to represent. Learn inspects the feed safely, attaches your verified operator identity, and prepares the registry change for review without sending you to a GitHub issue form.
Identity
The server supplies the stable Hara Learn registrant identity. The form cannot impersonate another account.
Network safety
Every probe and submission rechecks public HTTPS DNS targets, redirects, response size, timeout, and XML structure.
Permission
Feed availability proves transport, not republication rights. Reviewers separately check the declared permission basis.
Publication
The GitHub App writes one reusable proposal branch. Merge records the source; activation remains an explicit reviewed state.
